Q: Is delivery included?

Delivery is included inside Amman. Outside Amman, a flat 10 JOD fee applies once per request.

Q: What happens if my date is already booked?

You can still submit your request — it enters an availability-pending state with no deposit due until we confirm.

Q: Can I change my event date?

Yes, as long as at least 3 full days remain before your event, and subject to availability.
